2.1 Legal Services for Businesses

We provide tailored legal support to companies, including contract drafting, compliance guidance, and representation.

2.2 Info Products

Digital materials such as guides, templates, and online courses designed to inform and assist businesses.

2.3 Goods

Physical items available through our site, including printed manuals and branded merchandise.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are due per the agreement. Payment must be completed before service delivery unless otherwise arranged in writing.

4. Refund Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. The following refund terms apply to each service type:

4.1 Legal Services for Businesses

Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of purchase and no work has commenced. Once substantive work begins, no refund is available due to time and resources allocation. Services may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 7 days before the scheduled start.

4.2 Info Products

Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and no more than 10% of the content has been accessed. After this period or usage threshold, purchases are final. Upon refund, access will be revoked immediately.

4.3 Goods

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging. Buyer coversrecovery shipping. Refund issued after inspection.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, complete the Contact Form with order details. Refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer. Confirmation will be sent by email.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as expedited filings and bespoke counsel packages explicitly marked as “non-refundable,” cannot be cancelled for a refund once confirmed. This policy reflects the immediate reservation of professional resources.

7. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bern, Switzerland.
